Back In The Day Videos

Just 10 random videos I always liked from back in the day (late 90s or early 2000, yeah I'm so oldschool XP). I always tried to catch them on TV or watched them on my computer (if I couldn't catch them on TV) - not only because they're awesome songs by bands I really liked (or still like), but because I digged the video concepts and they looked really amazing.

It's weird. This selection I made ended up being some of the more serious videos I was into. I mean, I liked a lot of videos from all these guys (and others) back in the day, but this selection somehow excludes the more fun ones. I guess that could make another post for later on. I like this selection though. It's a mix of fun and artistic stuff.

Anyway, I tried to put them in an order that I thought would make them all interesting to watch (if anybody would want to watch them all anyhow). Some videos I couldn't put up due to quality problems, so I chose another video that's just as good from the same band.

The Offspring - Why Don't You Get A Job?

HAHA. This takes me back to 6th grade. XD Good times.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Incubus - Drive

MC Escher's drawing hands. Who'd have thought of doing that?

---------------------------------------------------------------

Deftones - Back To School

Makes you wanna raid your school.
---------------------------------------------------------------

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Californication

Makes you wonder if being in a game would be cool, I guess.
---------------------------------------------------------------

Korn - Freak On A Leash

The bullet going around is a pretty wild idea. Todd McFarlane's the man.
---------------------------------------------------------------

System Of A Down - Chop Suey!

Somehow, fading in and out of other people never gets old.
---------------------------------------------------------------

Limp Bizkit - Boiler

Pretty dark, weird and unpredictable. I think the cartoon is pretty cool too.
---------------------------------------------------------------

P.O.D. - Youth Of The Nation

I originally wanted to put up "Alive" but yeah... This one gets to you. I like the cinematography too.
---------------------------------------------------------------

Blink 182 - Stay Together For The Kids

This one's pretty serious. I thought the cinematography was cool and it fit the mood of the song great.
---------------------------------------------------------------

The Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up

Greatest twist ever haha.
